This was a "I was bored the other day" digital reproduction of one of my favorite artists self-portraits (Chuck Close).  I have painted this in the past and drawn it in pencil and in balled point pen... I thought it was time to do one using photoshop.  No tracing, just old school drawing- except with a wacom tablet- had a blast doing this one and it was a cool walk down memory lane for me.  I started looking at Close's work when I was in the 4th grade... pretty early on, and to my credit- way before he became the artist rock star he is today...
